what to expect....


I expect you to give me your best.  I am only a piece of the healthy lifestyle puzzle...the rest is up to you.  I will encourage you to exercise beyond our scheduled sessions and I encourage you to eat a relatively 'clean' diet.  I am not a nutritionist or a dietician, so if you need more than guidelines in this area,  I can refer you to a professional.

I will always challenge you, but never push you beyond what I think you're capable of accomplishing.  Communication is key.

Be sure you're committed -- ultimately it's all up to you.  

All sessions begin promptly at our agreed time.  If you are late, I will try to accomodate you depending on my schedule, but there are no guarantees.  If you must cancel your session, please do so with 24 hrs. notice.  Don't waste my time or your money.

You will be expected to sign a waiver of liability/release at our first session.  If you have an injury or health concerns, please see your doctor for permission to exercise.

Referrals are always appreciated.  If you refer a 'regular' client to me, then I will give you a free session.
